If you access our service through Apple's App Store, your license to use the application is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service uses Google's Gemini API to provide AI-powered functionality, including generating responses, summaries, embeddings, and images. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your conversations, messages, and other content you submit are transmitted to and processed by Google as necessary to deliver these features
  • Under our agreement with Google, your prompts and the corresponding responses are not used to train Google's AI models
  • Google may log a limited amount of data solely for the purpose of detecting and preventing abuse and to comply with legal obligations
  • Voice input within our iOS applications is transcribed on your device by Apple's Speech framework and is not transmitted to us or to any third party

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services.
